And if he doesn't snowball, he becomes The Load, with not enough damage to be relevant in the lategame and no way to catch up. He's a pubstomper who thrives on bad play, which you don't see a lot of in the higher leagues. However, he's also the best example of a Skill Gate Character. The Butcher is an aggressive all-in burster, with the ability to 100-0 lots of heroes, especially late game.
